Noen ganger fordi jeg ikke gidder, men som oftest er det tiden som l\u00f8per fra meg. <\/p>\n\n\n\n For ca to og et halvt \u00e5r siden \u00e5pnet Fyr Bistronomi<\/a>. Bak \u00e5pningen sto Sebastian Myhre, for noen mest kjent fra tv-kokking med kjendiser, men av mer relevant erfaring for restaurantdrift er vel jobbene p\u00e5 de norske restaurantene p\u00e5 Feinschmecker<\/a> og Renaa<\/a>. I tillegg har han to USA-opphold p\u00e5 CV\u2019en der det f\u00f8rste var seks m\u00e5neder p\u00e5 Thomas Kellers New York-restaurant Per Se og ikke lenge etterp\u00e5 jobbet han ogs\u00e5 to m\u00e5neder p\u00e5 Daniel Bouluds Restaurant Daniel i samme by. Felles for begge New York-restautantene er at de har et relativt franskorientert kj\u00f8kken, og begge hadde den gangen tre stjerner i Michelinguiden. Siden den gang har Daniel blitt degradert til to stjerner, mens Per Se fortsatt har alle sine stjerner i behold. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
